A day of reflection for a new mother with their baby.
Tune in to your child's most basic need; attach themselves to you.
After the birth of your baby, there will be an intimate period of attunement, or bonding, between you and your baby. An extremely natural and necessary developmental process that, when done undisturbed, makes for more resilient, independent and happy children and later adults.
We reflect on your own attachment patterns and learn to meditate on the needs of your baby so that you can respond appropriately. You will also receive insights with regard to co-regulation, natural parenting and self-compassion.
practical:
- you are welcome 15min. before the start
- registration possible up to 3 days before the start of the reflection day
- 5-10 participants; especially suitable for babies up to 4 months old
- wear comfortable clothing
