A day of reflection for pregnant women.
Are you ready to take on your new role as a mother free, authentic and a bit rebellious?
With the birth of a child, inevitably comes the birth of a mother. This new role very often entails uncertainties. After all, what can you do right if your child is crying, has colic or is not eating properly?
We meditate on automatic patterns driven by your own inner child and clarify expectations of society so that you can give more free and decisive direction to your mother role. You will also receive insights from attachment theory, natural parenting and self-compassion - a loving mix to give your child every opportunity.

- You can join us 15 mins beforte the start.
- Registration possible up to 3 days before the start of the reflection day
- 5-10 participants; especially suitable from week 20 in pregnancy
- wear comfortable clothing
