Individual trajectory

I offer both personalized guidance and scientifically grounded training in mindfulness and self-compassion. Depending on what you need, we will choose together the approach that best suits you.

In my individual guidance, I tailor each session to your specific needs and goals. We work together on themes such as stress, emotional triggers, self-acceptance, trauma, and relationships. You set the pace, and I provide the mind-body tools and support to foster your personal growth.

A training helps you deal with stress more effectively, treat yourself with greater kindness, and build resilience. Over the course of 8 sessions, you will learn practical techniques that you can immediately apply in your daily life.

Whether you choose personal guidance or a scientifically based training, I make sure that your journey is aligned with your wishes.

How your journey begins

Everything starts with your registration at the bottom of this page. Once you sign up, I carefully review your request. Afterwards, you’ll receive a link to choose a time slot for your online intake session.

Before the intake, you’ll get an email to create your personal account on QIT Online, a secure platform where your file is kept. Through this platform, we safely share all documents and information with you.

The intake session itself takes place online via QIT. During this meeting, we’ll take time to get to know each other, listen to your story, and explore where you’re seeking support. Together we’ll map out your needs, expectations, and goals, and see how the process can unfold according to your wishes.

What you’ll really gain

After the process, you’ll hold your own personal mind-body toolbox: practical exercises and inner anchors that help you live with more awareness, calm, and resilience. You’ll gain deeper insights through clear psycho-education, allowing you to better understand yourself and your reactions.

This creates more inner space — to feel, to breathe, to choose, and to be truly present, both for yourself and in your relationships.

Frequently asked questions

  • The first session is a gentle introduction. Together we explore what is present for you, the challenges you face, and what you long for. You don’t need to prepare anything — simply being yourself is enough. We go at your pace, with space for questions, silence, and whatever may arise.

  • In your registration, I assess whether your question aligns with my expertise. In the first session(s), we then sense together whether there is a connection and whether my way of working meets your needs. Everything happens in dialogue and with deep respect for your individuality.

  • Not at all. You don’t need to prepare lists or have answers ready. Sometimes words come naturally, sometimes it begins with a feeling, a silence, or a bodily experience. Everything is welcome, exactly as it shows up.

  • No, I am not a conventioned psychologist. I have consciously chosen to keep my practice flexible, so that I can take more time for each session and offer tailored trajectories — with space for depth, continuity, and attunement.

If you are looking for a short-term trajectory through a primary care psychologist (ELP), I recommend contacting your GP. They can refer you to a conventioned service that is better suited for that kind of support.

  • Yes, partly. The exact amount of reimbursement depends on your health insurance fund. After a few sessions, I will provide you with a document that you can use to request reimbursement.

Also, don’t forget to check whether you may be entitled to additional reimbursement through your employer or educational institution. Sometimes there is more support available in your package than you might expect.

  • Absolutely. As a licensed psychologist, I am bound by professional confidentiality. Everything you share stays between us. Only in situations of serious danger to yourself or others am I legally required to take action — and even then, this is always done with care and transparency.

Do you feel this resonates with you, or would you simply like to explore if it’s a good fit?

You are warmly welcome to register or reach out for a first contact.
